Done and Done

      So today was my last planned workout of the 6 week program.  Walking away, I felt a real sense of accomplishment.  Although I did not lose 50% of my body fat, I'm happy with the progress I made, and it was done the healthiest way possible.
I think I'm gonna take it easy for a week, then get right back on the wagon and make some more progress.
